Sugar is aging – YES! But I’m addicted to cakes, and butter cupcakes (oh yes, yes!)…so while I was at The Curve today, I saw Cupcake Chic, a delicious bakery full of cupcakes in every flavour you could imagined. Hubby and I grabbed the pistachio and banana poppyseed flavour and our mouth curled into a dreamy satisfaction as we savoured the cupcakes. It was simply delicious. The cupcakes are quite big in size thus priced at RM4.50 a piece. Well, Jacyntha’s (a friend) homemade butter cupcakes still tops my list but if you’re just around for a quick indulgence at The Curve, Cupcake Chic is a sweet choice anytime.
Oh yes, they looked too pretty to eat!

most of the time cupcakes are beautifully decorated but the taste is awful! i had one in starbucks for x-mas and they are the worst ever. Local cupcakes are so friggin sweet, making you jump like a rabbit on a road… i know this store recently open but unsure the taste…

just get the pistachio flavor (from Cupcake Chic) if you’re unsure of other flavors. But if you’re really serious about butter cupcakes you can ask me to order from my friend – gimme a buzz ok. BTW, I’ve worked in Starbucks b4 and I can tell you the food is lousy. Just go there for a free Wi-Fi and a cup of coffee.
